Introduction to the wiki

There are two wikis closely associated with this workshop. The one you are now viewing (with the nice picture of the Muizenberg changing sheds, and the cape) is a publicly viewable wiki. This one can only be edited by the mentors.

We are trying to put as much information as possible on the other wiki, which is the workshop participant wiki. This one can only be viewed by workshop participants, and anyone who can view it can also edit it. We are hoping this wiki will become a collaborative web of information about projects related to the workshop.

Most participants have already edited, but you are encouraged to read the Mediawiki Users guide (see link to the left of every page), especially the section for Editors.

The two wikis are distinguished by the photo in the top left corner. As a reader, you should not be confused about which wiki you are on, because it should not matter very much (once you figure out how to log in to the participant wiki). There are many links between the two wikis, and we try to make it easy to find what you want. You can also add links yourself to help other participants find things.
